Entry Skills
  • Offence
Students were able to do:
- pass and receive a ball
- chest passes and bounce passes
- some movement off the ball (with limited effectiveness)
- dribbling (only with dominant hand)
- shooting with limited accuracy (varying techniques)
  • Defense
Students were able to do:
- have their hands up on defense
- position themselves between player and basket
- guard a person man to man
- intercept oppositions passes

Exit Skills
 

  • Offence
Students were able to do:
- move effectively off the ball to create better passing angles
- better decision making skills (when to pass the ball)
- more accurate and precise passes
- dribbling with both hands, protecting ball with arm bar, keeping head up
-shooting became more accurate with better technique
  • Defense
Students were able to do:
- proper defensive stance
- move feet effectively ( defensive shuffle)
- learned off ball defense ( deny and pistols)
- read, react, respond and recover to oppositions tactics
